galeharold.jpgOh man I think I just creamed my pants! My biggest celebrity crush, Gale Harold has joined the case of one of my favorite shows, Desperate Housewives. As I’m sure many of you know Gale played Brian Kenny in Showtime’s hit show Queer as Folk. He also played in a short lived fox show called Vanished.

Not much has been confirmed about Harold’s Desperate Housewives storyline, though TV Guide reveals that he will be playing a quick-witted, charming and buttoned-down suburbanite. Fans can expect the 38-year-old actor to grace the dramedy in the May 18 finale, though Harold’s character is expected to return next season in a recurring capacity.

Apart from TV Guide’s revelation, there have been buzzing speculations that Harold might end up playing a character that will have something to do with next season’s major mystery. There are also rumors that Harold might be part of a possible time jump in the future of the ABC drama.

I can’t wait!!

Milo Ventimiglia is looking damn good in the October issue of Best Life Magazine. I’ve never heard of this magazine but I’m paying attention now.  With the new season of Heroes on the air I’m so happy to be getting my Milo fix on a weekly basis, especially since so far he’s shown a lot of skin. Still nothing beats a hot guy in dress clothes!

sex-and-the-city-tv-p07.jpgThree years after cable TV hit Sex and the City went dark, the lights are reportedly coming on for a new movie version set to start production this fall.

New Line Cinema is finalizing a deal with the producers of the sexy HBO cable series for a movie adaptation, according to a report from Hollywood industry publication Variety.

The new project will unite the Emmy Award-winning show’s stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis and Kim Cattrall as dating columnist Carrie Bradshaw and her trio of high powered girlfriends Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha.

The movie will also feature the creative executives who were behind the TV series: executive producer Michael Patrick King is set to direct a script that he wrote and to produce the project alongside Parker, John Melfi and series creator Darren Star.

Three years ago, as the series prepared to wind down after six seasons, fans began calling for a movie version, with demand intensifying after the February 2004 finale.

In the years since, a previous movie attempt was reportedly nixed when Canadian actress Cattrall was unhappy with the project.

No announcement has yet been made about whether the show’s supporting cast — including Parker’s key love interest Mr. Big, played by Chris Noth — will join the new film.

Based on writer Candace Bushnell’s series of New York Observer newspaper columns about life as a single woman in the Big Apple, Sex and the City drew legions of largely female fans for its frank discussions of sex, dating and relationships, unabashed devotion to fashion, romantic depiction of Manhattan and quartet of strong female leads.

Jennifer Aniston has done a major trade up, from only good for a laugh Vince Vaughn to super sexy model Paul Sculfor. Paul is a a 36-year-old British male model. According to People, the two have been seeing each other for a couple of weeks now. Mr. Sculfor has been described as “a gentleman” and someone who likes “simple things, like opening doors” (presumably for a lady). He also once spoke about dating within the celebrity industry, “It’s hard keeping a girlfriend in this business – you end up conducting your relationship on the phone.” His most notable work as a model is this Levi’s ad (that only aired overseas) in which mermaids try to rip off his jeans. Enjoy!
